Digital Project Manager, UX Professional & Performance Marketer

Benny Jones Jr. is digital project manager, growth marketer and strategist with over 14 years managing people, process, and planning, including producing 50 or more digital assets through the full project life-cycle from initiation, planning, execution, control, and close.

Benny is a highly analytical, data-driven, experienced and creative Growth Marketer who creates and executes scalable and optimizable growth strategies and tactics that drives consumer acquisition, retention and customer satisfaction throughout the digital experience. Benny believes the primary KPI’s of success is an increase in visit to lead conversion rate across all experiences for new consumers, reduction in attrition and an increase in retention and referrals throughout the funnel.

Benny has the experience to lead cross-functional teams, and can define and lead growth strategy across Acquisition, Activation and Retention and Referral. Benny strategies will drive user growth at scale and develop leading market strategies to acquire and retain users while continuing to improve our brand recognition throughout the market.

Benny has extensive experience in digital project management and he coaches and mentors team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. He plans, directs, and ensures the successful management of digital, web and business solutions utilizing the complete resources of assigned project management teams.

Benny identify’s evaluates and develops methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business practice.  He assesses resource workloads and makes appropriate individual assignments, managing and mentoring staff – driving organizational effectiveness and accountability.

Benny maintains excellent communication with all levels of management both within and across organizations to ensure smooth running of all projects undertaken by digital producers’ and project managers. In addition, he serves as a key liaison with the rest of the functional groups and business unites, facilitating planning, prioritization and collaboration between groups.
